Need To Reset Password For Avic-5200nex.

I just bought a car yesterday with the above mentioned radio. It is asking for a password and gives a hint, however there is no manual in the car. I have been online reading the manual and watching videos and have not had any success. I have pressed the reset button several times, again with no success. Please help.

Make sure to hold down the reset button for a least 20 seconds. If the person or dealership you bought from can't help you get the password from the previous owner, you'll need to contact Product Tech Support - 1 800 672 102 to ship back to be master password reset. Pioneer is located in Australia.
