Problems With My Cd Tray And Bluetooth

First off, my Cd tray doesn't come out anymore, and my Bluetooth isn't working. This happened around the same time and I don't know why. Whenever I try to connect it to Bluetooth, the speaker makes three sounds and I'm just wondering what that could mean
