What If There Is A Loud Whirring/buzzing Sound Coming From The Projector?

We have a 10 month old projector that has not been dropped or apparently damaged, but has traveled much in the trunk of our car. When turned on and hooked up, it makes a loud buzzing or whirring sound over the sound of the video/audio. The picture is fine. When we shake it gently, there's a small rattle like there's a part broken inside or a screw out of place. How do we get inside it to find the piece? How do we fix this?
