Optoma Ep1691 Power

i have an optoma EP1691 that i have not used for a long time.. i tried plugging in to the wall outlet, the lamp didn't turn on and got no indication from any of pilot lamps that it has power. no fan action etiher, like its dead no power at all.the cord looks good and i verified that the outlet has power.where do i look next to verify that the issue is fixable and hopefully fix the power issue eventually.my unit is an Optoma EP1691 DLP Projector
