If your Oki ML521 is connected to your network (as opposed to hooked up to a computer with a parallel cable) you can view the IP address in Windows by right clicking on the printer in the Control Panel and choosing Properties or Printer Properties, and then going to the Port setting. The IP address will be the name of the port. For example, if the port name is "IP_192.168.1.2" then the IP address would be 192.168.1.2.

There should be an inset 'Test' button on the Network card. With the printer online and with paper feed into it, you press and hold the test button for 3 seconds, then release. The printer should print out the network configuration page, which will include the IP address.
Sometimes, you need to quickly press and release the test button, it depnded on the version of the network card.
