Phonebook Out Of Order

I had a new 3G Sim card installed 2 days ago and now my phonebook is in no particular order. It was in alpha sort by first name originally. I asked the office cell phone expert to take a look and he couldn't figure it out.. T-Mobile is my cell provider and they can't figure it out either.
