My Pc Not Start
my PC not start and we short the pin of Stael capacitor near of power/restart jackand find nos of two fan is running (SMPS) and Processor) also glowing green light for see power on but not glowing red light for read to data and monitor show no input on display and i cheked all SMPS and Ram (DDR 2) on other PC its working in good condation please resolve the problams
