Liftmaster Model 3265 Inop

Lightning struck near house now Liftmaster model 3265 1/2 HP professional garage door won't work.  When I push multi-function door control panel all that happens is a series of clicking noises (approx 5-8). About 1 minute later lights behind lens cover come on and if I push the control panel to open garage the chain pulley bracket moves about 18" as if opening, then stops and returns to closed position.  Could this problem be to a faulty or blown capacitor? Additionally, only 1 light on the safety sensor kit is on. Is this normal?
