Maybe the cartridges are not seated well in the carrier or just needs cleaning. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Close the cover. Unplug the printer from the power source for the meantime. Clean the nozzles on the cartridges using a damp paper towel. Plug the printer to the power source. When it's ready, reload the cartridges. Try printing. If this does not help, check the ink levels. If all is ok but problem still persists, try replacing the cartridges. Hope this helps.
