Not Printing In Color
cannot get printer to print in color from printer or from computer

First, make sure that the firwmare of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
If the firmware update doesn't help, try to perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel, press on Setup (wrench icon) > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
Also, make sure you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges.
