Wi-fi Scan Error
When I try to scan via wi-fi I keep getting an error message saying computer connection error. The scan function only works via USB. All the other funtions of wi-fi work fine.

First, make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/PZaAmK to download the firmware update.
If the firmware update doesn't help, then it's a driver problem. Just uninstall the Lexmark driver and download an updated driver online: http://bit.ly/YHKqWC. Just choose the operating system of your computer.
You can also scan using our Lexmark Printer Home. To access that, on your computer, click on Start > All Programs > Lexmark > Lexmark Printer Home > Scan.
