Toner Cartridge Will Not Insert Fully Into The Printer.
When trying to insert the toner cartridge into the printer, it inserts into the position to a certain point. the left hand side (as you look at the printer) goes into place but the right hand side does not go fully into place. It is as if something is blocking the cartridge from fully engaging. If I try to force the door shut it will not go into place and the printer will not work.
