Cannot Send Email Directly From Printer. I Get Message That 'program Missing'

Make sure that you have an email client configured in your computer (e.g. Outlook Express or MS Outlook) and set as the default email client.

The scan to email feature will not be able to scan and attach the document to a web mail (emails accessed using a browser).
