Why My Wi Fi Is Showing Yellow ! Sign In The Begining And After Few Minutes It I

when i open my z370 laptop, it shows reading wi fi connection but immidiately shows yellow explanation sign and not connicting to internet access, but after few minutes automatically connicting, i tried with other brand laptop it will connect immidiately open the laptop, kindly advice how to solve this issue......
