How Does The Convection Feature Brown?

I read the entire manual and no-where is a mention of how you can brown something. I am used to put rolls into my convection and in minutes they are brown and crisp. How can this be done?

The user guide explains this.

From the guide:

Convection cooking constantly circulates heated air
around the food, creating even browning and sealed-in
flavor by the constant motion of hot air over the food
surfaces.

Page 29 gives specific instructions on how to use the convection option.
