How can I set my pic setting on my lg 55lb5550 to look like 4k resolution

According to the specs on your tv the max res. is 1080p. You may want to consider a 4k upscaling bluray player but I personally don't think it is a big enough picture quality improving to warrant the extra cost. JMO (Screen Size Class (diagonal)55" Class (54.6" diagonal) Resolution 1920 x 1080 Display Type LED MCI 120.)
