Did Lg Act Dishonest About Your Recalled Product?
Did LG waste your time and behave in a cynical and dishonest manner when you inquired about the recall status of one of their dangerous products? I've spent ages on hold, and submitting questions through badly designed websites, only to be given wrong information, and then a link to this site.LG made many, many defective dehumidifiers that burned down homes and caused millions of dollars in property damage. Why won't they tell me if mine is one of them?Do you have suggestions about how I can get a yes or no answer from them in email or by writing?Just asking LG for that doesn't work, so I'd be very grateful for your ideas.

1. It's certainly possible that an individual product may be defective ("sample defect") without there being a recall for the model or even a problem for the model in general.
