Why Did My Konica Minolta Bizhub 423 Stop Scanning To Network Folder?

Device stopped scanning and I do not know why. When attempting to scan, a message on the display console shows "Failed to complete job." The Host Address, File Path, User ID and Password have not changed. Restarted device several times although it still prints.

go to your network and sharing center > advanced sharing settings

there are three sections to manage: Private, Guest or Public, Domain

under domain, click the radio button for Turn on File and Printer Sharing

Click Save Changes
