Ms6000 Mk Ii C1 Error (optical Path Switching Failure)
Hello, we have the MS6000 MKII scanner and after one scan occurs successfully, subsequent scans result in a knocking/grinding noise, and the C1 error, which is "optical path switching failure". I have not had much luck with locating any useful information on how to troubleshoot. Has anyone had any luck? Any advice on how to deal with myself? Thank you in advance!Lucas
