Ribbon Breaking
I have 2 kodak 6850 printers and ended up with the same problem. They both start up just fine and the screen displays ready. When I go to print a picture it starts to wine tries to advance the paper then jams up. When I open it to see what happened, I find the ribbon half melted to the paper. I have to cut the ribbon to get the paper out. Now is it just the head sensor that is gone or is it the whole head?? Cant find anyone near Windsor Ontario to service them. Any suggestions ??
