Instawok Grate Replacement?
Where can I get a replacement for broken instawok grate insert?

I had the same problem. Went to http://kitchenaidpartsonline.partsquik.com/
Called their support number. 877-486-2371.
You will have to give them your full model number, not what is on the manual but on the range/oven. I found mine by opening the oven door and it was on the right edge. I did not get asked for the serial number but it is located their as well. Just the reversible "InstaWok Grate" insert can be purchased. It is part # 9761557CB. The cost was $69.49. I ordered it on 1/2/13. It was 25 days back ordered with an 8-10 days for delivery. Shipping was about $18. Hope this helps you out.
