Gas Range # Kgss907: Oven Fan Sometimes Cycles On & Off When Using Stove Top?

KitchenAid: Gas Range Model # KGSS907: Issue ~ Oven fan sometimes cycles on & off when using stove top gas burners (but not oven). Is this normal?
