Kdc-bt952hd Sxm Memory Lost.
the artist alert memory in my kdc-bt952hd has malfunctioned. it holds 50 artist and i had 50 in. 20 of them were lost leaving 30 stored. the remaining 30 work as they should. the other issue is that i can not delete any of the 30 and can not add any more. when the screen shows delete? and the artist i selected, i push the button to "yes" and push to delete. the screen shows "completed" i go back and the artist still there? when i try to store new it asks "store artist?" hit the button and nothing. any ideas. the little reset button did nothing and disconnected power for about 15 min. and no change. also have updated f/w to 5.0
