I Get A Read Error Every Time I Insert A Dvd Into My Jensen Je3211 Dvd Player.
The DVD's work in other DVD players. I have cleaned the Jensen DVD players. Any suggestions?

Hello, if you've tried cleaning it and it still won't work (and you've tried multiple DVDs) then the read head may be damaged or defective. If your device is still under warranty, you can get it repaired or replaced by calling 1-800-323-4815.
