i HAVE NO PICTURE AND BEST BUY WILL NOT REPAIR BECAUSE I PAYED CASH. WHAT DO I DO?

It's not because you paid cash that Best Buy will not repair it, it is most likely because you did not purchase a protection plan. At any retailer if you did not purchase a protection plan it is dealt with at the manufacturer level. Yes technically Best Buy is the manufacturer of Insignia, but they do not deal with it on a store level, they deal with it through the manufacturing department.
