Greetings.
1. Be sure you have a valid data plan (Wether 3G or Wifi)
2. Ensure that flight mode is not activated (If you can still recieve calls and text, then it is not)
3. If on 3G, make sure the "Use Packet Data" is activated - This is under Settings > Wireless and Networks > Mobile Networks ...
4 If on Wifi, ensure that you are still connected.
5. If you are still able to receive other services that uses data (like whatapp messages then try clearing your browser data cache - (this is under Settings > Apps > Manage Applications > The the browser name > clear data cache).
