How Do I Change The Batteries On T8511 Model?

I came home to warm home with no display on thermostat. First thought is to change batteries, but I cannot get them out.

Hello ikeybeno95 unfortunelately, this equipment does not use battery, according to the product manual "batteries are not required because your temperature settings are held permanently in memory".
