Loss Of Sound And Piture Stability

First the sound vanished. Then, the picture destabilized. I can unplug the RCA jack, wait, plug it back in, I will have a good picture for 5 to 20 minutes. Then \\\\\ across the screen. Can I and will it repair this if I replace the circuit board and RCA jacks which are integrated on the card. if so, for what price. Unit is too large and there appears to be no service center within 200 miles of Fossil, Oregon.
