Hitachi 51g500 Convergence Resistors

Does anyone know the convergence resistor values and location of a hitachi 51g500 .

each color (red, green and blue) has two resistors (hor and vert). They are RK42 3.9 ohm, RK46 2.2 ohm, RK50 3.3 ohm, RK54 2.2 ohm, RK58 4.7 ohm, and RK62 2.7 ohm (all 1 watt metal oxide)
