My Hitachi Model# 43fdx01b Wont Power On.

I need to know if Ican get the part to my 43fdx01b Hitachi tv that allows the tv to powere on . When I press the power button on the tv the tv makes the noise that it is powering on and it does this repeatedly but it wont turn on. It is like a repeating chirping sound I know that this part soders in but I need to know if it is available.
