Hp Z6100ps Properties In Win7

We have HP designjet z6100ps 42in for several years. It works fine with Windows XP. Now we upgraded to Win 7, installed new drivers for the printer, but every time I print (from any software) it takes more than 5 minutes to show printer properties. We tried with 2 other Win 7 machines - same issue.
