I have an hp 310-1020 all in one touchscreen....why do I have to download the adobe flash player 24active x everytime I turn on my computer..i cant watch a lot of videos without it

Your problem may not be the flash install but questionable sites alerting you that it isn't installed & when clicked it adds adware or other snooping software (if you know flash is installed either go back a page or close that page to avoid it installing trouble.) Go here to assure that you have a real copy of flash & ways to verify if it's enabled in your browser of choice.
