Cannot Scan Slides To My Computer
I have Windows 8 and HP Desktop. When I try to scan slides,receive message: No Scan Options. Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot.
There is no information available.

Since you have mentioned that you are using a Windows 8 Operating System, your HP Photosmart 3300 may not be compatible with your computer. You can download the driver software for Windows 8 at HP website. Here's the link to the download page.
