Error Configuring Scan-to-email Using Zoho Account
Hello, I am having issues setting up scan-to-email on our officejet pro 8620. We use zoho.com (not my choice) and I have entered the correct settings according to their user guide, however I keep getting the error message 'The rules or procedures for transmitting data between printer and server are not supported on the server'. Obviously I approached zoho as they hold the server, but they claim this does not come under their support (??!!). While i wait to see if they will assist, I wondered if anyone here could help through their own experience using zoho and HP? I should say that our previous printer was only a model down from this one and it worked fine on that one (Officejet pro 8500).Thank you in advance.

We request you to try the below settings one-by-one and let us know:
1)smtp.zoho.com , SSL enabled with port 465 . Authorization = Password
2) mail.zoho.com , Non SSL with port 25
