(1) My Officejet Pro 8620 Cuts Off The Top Of Page When Making Copies And When

When I make copies or scan the printer cuts off the top of the page. And how do I set my printer for one sided print. Have spent hours on phone with tech support. I have now been on hold for 38 minutes & 59 seconds. What do you have to do to get tech support. Customer Service is the WORST.
