Hp 2420 Laser Jet Error Code 49.00ff
my printer giving me error code 49.00ff service what I can try?

Try the following, the problem could be due to a bad print job (corrupted data).
1.Turn your printer off.
2). Shutdown your computer.
3). Turn your printer on. Let it come up to the Ready State. If it doesn't come up to Ready but with the "49.xx" error, the printer has a hardware problem. You will need to call Tech Support if it is under warranty. If it does come up to Ready. Power the printer off again.
4). Leave your printer off and then turn the computer back on.
5). After computer coems up to Windows, Click on Cancel if it asks about print jobs in the Queue.
6). Shutdown your computer and reboot.
7). Turn your printer back on after the computer comes back up to the Windows.
