Hard Drive

I am trying to find out where the hard drive is located on the Hp 1116NR Mini? I have had nothing but problems with the netbook

Chances are you have an SSD drive.  That means "Solid State Drive."  It is not a conventional hard drive, like in a desktop.  Double-click on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop screen.  Identify which drive you have and right-click on the icon or label for that drive.  That will give you the specifics.  SSDs are very limited in GB space.

I am trying to substitute a more conventional Hard Drive in the place of my SSD because I need more drive real estate.  This will make my netbook a little heavier, but more functional.  Eventually my HP mini will become land-fill as Cyber-Steve (Jobs) comes to dominate the entire universe with Ipad 9.xx.
