Shuttle Starts And Stops While Setting Travel Limits.

Door will only travel about 6 inches then stop. I've tried setting travel limits again, but while setting up or down controls, the shuttle will only travel abour 6 inches then stop. There is then a flashing red long led on the controller. A reset of power and controller resets normally, but travel is still only 6 inches at a time with no auto reversing occuring. Floor sensors are lit steady and flash when interupted, so all seems normal there. I have to similiar openers for 2 doors and have switched the PC board already, but same experience with both. I've run the shuttle without connecting to the door and still only travels about 6 inches. Any suggestions? Thank you.
