I Have A Genie Stealth Pro Garage Door Opener. Both Os Lights Are Not Lit.

I checked the fuses in the unit and they are both good. I read about 0.25 volts on terminals 3 and 4. There are no shorts on the wires leading to the OS sensors. The motor will run to try to close the garage dooor and then it stops.
