This is the "chime," and you need to turn the chime off. GE's instructions are to refer to "the panel's user manual for specifics. I don't have access to that manual, but you should have it; if you don't, consult GE: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/General%20Electric/customer-service.
