Every Print Job Comes Out As Blocks Of Black With Green Ends??

My new Epson WF 4630 has worked perfectly for the past 3 months. However, everything I've tried to print today has come out as a series of thick, solid, black rectangles with green ends. It doesn't matter if it's a straightforward text document, an image, color, black and white, a copy or a print-from-file. I have:-turned the printer off and on-uninstalled and reinstalled-tried "cleaning the nozzle heads" through the touch screen maintenance menu-checked the ink levels AND physical condition of the cartridges (they appear full and otherwise normal to me)-printed test pages from the driverALL WITH THE SAME RESULTS. What have I missed? What could be wrong? Also- the blocks of black come out looking quite shiny and wet intitially.

There seems to be no guidance on troubleshooting your printers ink output issue. I suggest you go here to see if this TS site can give you any guidance.
