Label Not Present?

Why does my 5200 say no label present when it's there and won't print?

Try to re-set it: remove the battery, press the power button 20 times. Check if it prints now.

Otherwise, please contact for a return label (see dymo.com for a local number).

Try to reset the device. For that, please remove the tape and the batteries and press 20 times the ON button. If that doesn't fix the issue you are welcome to contact us at 1-877-724-8324
