Not Printing
My Dymo LabelManager 160 won't print since I installed the new cassette

Push the cassette firmly into the compartment in order to make sure it fits at the bottom of the cassette compartment.
Clean the print head with the special brush delivered together with the labelmaker or a cotton bud and a soft solvent (e.g. alcohol).
- Is the battery pack fully charged?
Connect the power adapter to charge the battery pack. - Replace batteries or connect the optional power adapter.
- Ensure label cassette is installed properly
Take out the cassette and check if the ribbon isn't at its end or broken. If still unresolved the label maker may need service, you can register a broken device here http://www.dymoservice.com/
