Not clear what model and what exactly happens. Please include more information.
When I print a label , it stops halfway, then I hit the print button again, it prints the entire label twice . I only require one label and Iam getting two and one half !!!!! What am I doing wrong. If you could just email the instructions. For this model 160 Iam sure I can figure it out, but the instructions were not in the box .
Not clear what model and what exactly happens. Please include more information.

1. Is the battery pack fully charged?
- Connect the power adapter to charge the battery pack.
2. Is the print head clean?
Clean the print head with the special brush delivered together with the labelmaker or a cotton bud and a soft solvent (e.g. alcohol).
3. Is the cassette correctly positioned?
Push the cassette firmly into the compartment in order to make sure it fits at the bottom of the cassette compartment.
