Dell Xps M1710 Heat Sink Fans Problem.
The rest of the computer works just fine. Now I have to open the keyboard to provide ventilation using electirc fan facing the GPU & CPU. Diagnostics didn't resolved it. Another set of good fans didn't do any good either. What can I do to make these fans work?

Open the laptop (youtube is the best site to learn it).
Hard wired power to the fans (both CPU & GPU) from the USB ports on your left side. I had been usng it for 10 months now. Occasionally, it will have a screen blur and I just reboot it and it is good again. Trying to buy all kinds of parts for it is not going to resolve the issue. USB ports has +5v and Gnd and common connections that should resolve the problem.
