how do i open the cd drawer??it seems to be stuck

Take a small paper clip and straighten it.
Locate a small hold on the CD tray door.
Insert the paperclip into the hole and push.
The door should pop open.
If not there is something busted internally and you may need to remove the CD from the laptop to get it open.
