Replacement Cut Guide And Handle For Craftsman Accu-rip Saw Guide

Figure 1 of owner manual shows cut-guide handle (D) and cut guide (E).  I have lost mine and would like to order a replacement.  Sears' site shows that the entire device is no longer available.  where can I obtain these parts, so I can use my accu-rip?
