Pc Starting Problem

when i on m pc it power on light on and pc dont going to video graphics and when i press heat sink pc goes to start and when it displac from one place to another in on position it hangs up

Hi. This may either be a hardware on software issue. Remove the AC adapter and the battery and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds -reconnect the AC adapter and battery and turn it on and observe. You may also have to retry installing a fresh OS copy. You may need the assistance of a technician in the extreme.
