Hallo. I Have Problem With My Laptop. If I Open Youtube Or Open Vidio.
if me opened youtube my laptop always restart(blue screen) . i try to update with hp support assistant , but i cant update my vga card and sound card. can you help me how to fix it.

A few questions to start:
What's the currently installed operating system?
Did you make any changes to the notebook?
Do you know if Windows updated recently?

I would recommend first testing the video hardware to ensure nothing is wrong with that, this document may help you: Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 7, Vista). From there I'd recommend using the Recovery Manager to restore the drivers to factory default.
