Black Out Screen

hello gud day im richard from macau my laptop cant open of the screen or black out screen but charger is ok can you help me what im going to do? thanks.

Remove the battery

Press and hold the power button for 30 sec

Put the battery back and turn your laptop on

If the same thing happen you will need to take the laptop for service
